Design work integrated with your teams: I offer a competitive day rate.

Project-based work: I will put together a proposal for the project based on my day rate. I ask for a 50% deposit up front.

My design process is logical and flexible. Although project challenges differ and can cover all, or part of the full process, the end-to-end shape tends to follow the formula below:

1. Kick off:
   We’ll begin with a call/s to understand your objectives.
   ‍
2. Benchmark:
   Gather data to assist with measuring the success of the project.
   ‍
3. Research:
   I conduct and synthesise competitor / market / user research.
   ‍
4. Define objectives:
   I check in to ensure we agree on the strategic direction following research.
   ‍
   
5. Develop solutions:
   I create skeletons of solutions for your challenge and ensure we are aligned, we may also test these out with your audience to discover what resonates best.

6. Deliver solutions:
   I craft refined final designs to implement.
   ‍
7. Measure:
   We monitor the results against the benchmarking data.

Transparency is something I value greatly. I will provide updates for you as frequently as you require. You will also be welcomed into my design files and can check in and comment on designs as little or as often as you like. There’s no secrets — in fact, you are encouraged to use my methods in other projects and boost productivity through visual communication.
